We contact our customers all the time either by email, text, phone, etc to just follow up and see the chems are working. Here is a response from a washer in Columbus, OH area. He was a using "derby" soap from a major warehouse. Benn using VIPER for a while now....

Just wanted to let you know what a great job your Vipor soap is doing for me. I use it at 15/20:1 for garbage trucks and 25:1 on everything else. It has cut down my labor costs by half and increased my profits. I have been using your soap for about 9 mos. now----I can see the results and so can my customers----I wash between 500 and 600 units per week and a 55 gal. drum lasts me almost 2 weeks before I need to order again. My employees and I want to thank you for providing what we think is the best soap on the market.
