Can you increase the size of a file that can be uploaded?

I had several RFP's I wanted to upload that are in PDF format, but they were between 1 and 3 mb in size. I'm going to start up loading the RFP's I get for contractors, which is several a week.

Also, I assume the reason posts can be edited for only an hour is because of some past abuse. It would be nice to maybe have the option to make a change or two up to a week out.

I will look into the file size. As for the editing privileges, don't hold your breath. If you need it taken care of you can always contact a moderator.
