Is one method better than another for pricing cleaning and staining a fence(square foot vs linear foot} When pricing what do you do when you incounter fences like picket( spaces between boards} and shadow fences{ off center back to back[4 sides to stain]. Any pricing infor would be helpful. Thanks

Has anyone heard of ZAR stain's? Pros/Cons of product? How difficult is it to remove; I understand it's an acrylic. What would I use to strip it?
