Straight out of high school, I started my adult working life in the US Navy, serving as a Gunner's Mate MT (Weapon's Controls Technician/Missle Tech). After the military and a long year of working on an oil drilling rig, I furthered my career as a HVAC Building Automation Controls Technician and 5 more years of school until the industry faced hard economic times forcing me to rethink my path. I expanded my education and experience into Automation, Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology, working my way up from a electronics tech with US Steel Corp. to a technical supervisor position at Kimberly-Clark Corp. Comfortable in my career direction, I made a drastic decision to completely change directions and accept a position as Operation's Manager for a South Texas Oilfield Service Company. This opportunity led me to open my own oilfield service company in 2012. In the South Texas Oilfield, I started pressure washing oil rigs. I soon expanded with operations stretching from South Texas to North Dakota to include multiple services including Trucking across all of the lower 48 states. With the fall of the oil & gas market, I was forced to reduce my geographical area of operations back to Arkansas and expand my market into commercial & industrial pressure washing, resulting in the creation of Entek Power Washing.
