That Price all Depends on how Frequent , if being done twice a month pressure washing is Like 14 minutes per. It they are close thats 200 per hour one man on a route...
 
Same thing happened to me. After having 2 and working the DM to get the whole district out here (7 stores) back in March...I then lost it to a maintenance company that was interested in using us but wanted me to cut my price in half. I respectfully declined.

One Timer I would to.

I still give them the one time price, I sell them for 325.00 all the time. If they go on Monthly I'll adjust
 
We did some high dusting for them for awhile, but it was through a company that handles some of their facility stuff. It was ok when there were 2 or 3 a night and in the same area, but then it got to be one and have to drive an hour one way. I eventually stopped as it just wasn't profitable enough. The pressure washing was just to low a price and to infrequent to even think about, for me.
