Help needed on Kitchen tile floors

Has anybody ever clean these types of floors. I have a customer that asked me if anybody does this or if I could and I have never done this type of cleaning before. Here is a pic of the floor he is asking about, Please need help in answering him on this. He was asking me about getting the grout cleaner too.









 
We do a few big tile cleanings with a surface cleaner and wet vac with homemade pump out .. This tile cleaning is fixing to become a very popular service for hospitals, and restaurants .

A lot of carpet cleaning people do tile & grout cleaning. Use a vacuume surafce cleaner and go to town. easy $$$

There are BBS for them to .
 
I have a nice surface cleaner by HYDROTEK and a recover system, but I think the shop vac would work better for me at this site. Thanks for the answers as I have never done the indoor cleaning before and he wanted me to find out about getting it done.
 
Make sure to ask the restaurant if its ok to use what ever cleaner you are going to use. The health dep will give the restaurant a healthy fine if using a chem not approved for kitchen use
