I'm busting Russ _ _ _ _ 's on this photo. Its was a job he did last night.

If you notice he rinsed the walls and asphalt parking. ( great Job)

I seen something after I looked closer, Wand marks LOL

The place he has these wand marks is a common place we all miss the washing. Especially at night when the lighting is poor. When standing close to in you may not even see it.

See if you can tell the spots?

Rookie mistake. I can also see some on the black portion of the wall.

When will they learn.

I was talking to a local PW contractor today and he was telling me about this maintenance company working on a new retail residential complex area they just opened. Now this is good sized area, high end retail & restaurants and real nice town home buildings. They just opened this on the old Airforce Base here in Myrtle Beach. Its a real pretty area, its like a town on its own has the grocery store and markets, real pretty common areas with tables & benches etc etc

Well this maintenance company was out washing basically brand new sidewalks with coldwater portable and trying to get gum up...WAND MARKS EVERYWHERE he told me. I went to the cinema there a couple weeks ago and the same thing, the cream just taken right off, long zig zag marks , you name it. Its a shame they spend multi millions of dollars to build this beautiful little community. ts a large enough maintenance company but they sure don't know how to pressure wash.


Stop busting Russ's B's, he's getting old & tired.
 
I saw that earlier today but didn't want to say anything. Russ has been working real hard and I didn't want to do him like that.....LOL Figured I would leave it up to someone else. hahahha!:D Good eye Ron!
 
Russ is tired..... The rest looks good. Maybe one of us in the board is in the local area and can go touch that up for him.... Whats the location of this property?
 
Hey Jeff, have you been to Broadway at the Beach lately! they have 3 skids of their OWN and I couldn't believe what i saw there!!! The maint crew did this and it been like this for at least a week,,,, I took some pics (Celebrity Square) will post them later
