Contractor needs a small vac

I saw this at Lowes. Does aybody have any experience with this one? I may get one to remove water from screeened in patios I have to squegee out. Seems decent for the price and 5 yr warranty.

yea I have two of those I use for certain jobs one of the jobs is a patio at TGIFridays that holds water
