Gary, How's it going? What have you been up to?

Have not seen you post in a long time over at PTState, wonering what your focus of work is.

We looked at buying a couple of them. Then we found out that they make good money, but theres alot of vandalism, theft of the coin machines, alot of cleanup after people go mudding, etc...so unless you can afford to pay someone to maintain them full time, its probably not worth it. However, we're thinking of going into a string of them, and having in house maintenance guys. If your not really busy, and have the time to clean it once every couple of days, then I think it's worth it. But of course, I havent operated one, and thats just my perspective from talking to owners.
 
i might stop in and see how much they are asking . . . . i don't think vandilism would be that big of a problem here in lil ole carrollton lol but i do think it has potential it is in a prime location on a main high way. . . and is also the only one in the area that has hot water . . . it just needs to be cleaned up because the people arent taking care of it

Things have been going well. Haven't really spent much time online lately, been busy. Hey, sorry to hear/see about your hand.

Ironically, I work for the company that installed all the equipment there.

Still cleaning, did an entire automatic bay like the one in the video...stainless steel looks like new, aluminum rails, mildewed floors and walls, cobwebs at the ceiling, nice little niche to have.
