pricing a pressure washing job at a shopping mall

Hi:

One of our existing property mangers that we do janitorial work for has asked us to give them a bid on a shopping mall for pressure washing. I measured 28,000 sq feet of concrete to include sidewalks and 4 dumpster areas. Would I price this job by square footage or take in consideration the time that it would take to pressure wash the area? Does anyone have an idea of how much to charge the property manger? We would be using a hot water system. If we win this bid, we probably would be getting more. Thank you!

If it is an existing account that you work with, I would stick with what you are currently charging them. If you are now charging .10 psf and try to charge them .15 or the other way around, you may very well run into problems. Just stay consistent with what you have been doing. If you are still working for them then I am assuming that you are making money with them.
