It's not easy being us.

I was at a townhouse community that deceided not to clean the whole complex just let each person get it done as needed and of course everything is dirty the the association is sending out letters to certain unit owners to pressure wash their walkway and driveway. I ran a job their this morning for a front entrance way and driveway for $140.00 and put my sign out hoping for an afternoon job as well. Here comes the lady from acros the street, her driveway is shorter and I said if you let me clean it while I am here I will charge you $100.00. She says that seems a bit high $$$. I was polite and left here my color flyer. Where is the bottom $$$ to show up for a service.
Call a plummer and it's a hundred dollars and he has not gotten out of the truck yet. I guess you can win them all.

You did the right thing, there has to be a minimum fee. What ever minimum you need to get, should be the charge for even the smallest job.

We have a $100.00 minimum and even then we will wait to get more jobs in there area before we go out and service them.

It costs to much these days to be running out to do a driveway for $60.00 for me i would be loosing money.

I do a bunch of townhomes and at some of them the residents are resposible for their own. Some have it done and others don't. It's tough doing the ones in the middle when the 2 on the ends don't care and don't want them cleaned. Plus it looks absolutely stupid!
