I have a Pressure Washing Business that has been operating for 6 years. I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab 2 wheel drive with Z71 Package. This truck is loaded and has a Sprayed Bed Liner ( Rhino ) with 30,000 miles. Equipment that comes with the business; 135 Gallon Water Tank, 35 gal Chemical tank, 100 foot Water Hose, 250 Foot of 4000 psi Pressure Hose; 4000 psi Belt Driven, 4 gal a min. Pressure washer that works "Great", along with two other Pressure Washer Units that need some work, one belt driven the other direct drive with Cat pump, both 4000 psi, 3.5 gal a min. I have a contract with KB Home LLC and connections with Taylor Morrison Homes. You can buy my business, you get the KB Contract and all equipment, and connections. Then bid your way to get more work if you want to expand into the business or do the work yourself. I have to have at least $28000.00 for truck to pay it off. What a deal broken up equipment and a contract with a builder that has posted over $1 billion in losses this year. How fast do you think they will pay? Or if they do at all.

The equipment is too small for flatwork and maybe ok for residential.

The business end of it probably isn't worth paying anything for. That's my "realistic" offer!
