I voted $100, but that is for "just showing-up" - and I only advise a customer of that when they are not looking for a "normal" house/roof/deck cleaning. (Just the front/side/rust/drive. I advise that if they decide to have a "normal" service, that price would be charged instead of the minimum, not added to it.
My minimum house wash is $125 (less than 1000 sq ft and usually a townhouse) but I will calculate the best "deal" for them and sometimes, $100 is the best. (Basically, I charge $100 per hour, so my minimum is essentially 1 hour and I wash houses at approx 1000 sq ft/hr., so it usually makes more sense for a customer to have the whole house done.)
For commercial, it depends on volume, but for my regular contractors that use my services, my hourly is lower.
P.S. I get a LOT of work done in an hour, so my customers always get their money's worth and all rates are based on being within my "normal" service area. I have zoned rates for all areas near me and flat hourly rates beyond.
