The BBQ in Bama was awesome.
The bar has been raised.

I just contracted Jook, Jazz, and Jambalaya catering for New Orleans. We're gonna have authentic New Orleans food this year, and lots of it.

Yep, and you missed it. Actually the two varieties of home made salsa were far better. Of course, the Pinto Beans weren't bad either. Of course, that is all because of my wife, who was there cooking with me.
 
I make awesome red beans and rice but don't worry- I'm hiring professionals for New Orleans.

Bama was Pizza last year, Russ raised the bar.....
 
Lets not forget the Barbecue after the Barbecue that Russ put on at the pavilion. Damn good dogs. Thanks again Russ! :)

I only eat at buffets. I've been here over 12 years and buffets have served me well for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. Is there any other way to eat in Las Vegas?

PS, if you can think of ANY meal other than a buffet that has a Las Vegas connection I'll try to supply it. We don't have history like the south with the BBQ or Chicago with it's Pizza.
