Parking Garage Cleaning

Back in Dec. I got a call from a PM wanting a proposal on a Parking Garage so i went to look at it and measure it. It is 72500sqft and it has not been cleaned in 4 years. Well they wanted to get the project done in Feb. Well no work yet. I called today and he said that the board wants to get it done but some other things have come up( Building wise ) I bid it at $4000.00 It should take me 2-4 days I hope i get it. The guy I'm talking to said he has more properties he wants done also.
 
That is a decent price. It is not a Jim price, but a decent price, at least, if you are doing floors only.

OH CRAP.......DON'T GET ANY IDEAS SCOTT, TAKE A COLD SHOWER..... REMEMBER SCOTT, JUST SIT DOWN FOR A MOMENT AND REMEMBER.......I LIKE WOMEN! LOL
