Do you think the deck and fence restorers will have to reclaim and despose of the wash and rinse runoff? if so what can we expect to invest in more eqp!recycle $$$$$$$$$
 
No, I don't. Maybe in California. :)

The only time you should be concerned with that is if you are working on or near a body of water............or a storm drain that leads to one.
