Tony Shelton

BS Detector, Esquire
This morning we did two large units at a medical center. They weren't extremely dirty, but they needed annual cleaning.

The HVAC company we are subbing this for told me yesterday they want us to clean all their coils from now on in the Vegas Region. This is a national HVAC company. They have over 300 buildings.

Nice work Tony as usual, National? Thought about going the franchise route?

That was what my original business plan called for in 2004. I don't want it anymore. Too much headache. There is enough work right here to last me the rest of my life. I want to be able to fly around and put on Roundtables like Ron!

Here's a chance to NAME THAT CLEANER!

Freeze the video at 26 seconds and then tell me what we're using. :)

Welcome to the Nayborhood Friend.

Recover? :killingme: Sure, we found a good way to do that. We suck it all up into a tank and when we get home we pump it into the bilge of the boat. This way the bilge gets a good cleaning and we can conveniently pump it out into the Lake in the weekend. You've got a boat Nick, you ought to try it. That dawn keeps the bilge nice and clean. :nhl_checking: The kids like playing in the suds in the lake, it's a lot of fun for them.:jester:

DS works good. I wouldn't rinse with a soap tip. It doesn't cover enough territory nor give you any precision. Some guys (who've been in business longer than me and probably know a lot more than me) use a round pattern tip with high GPM and it works good and fast, but I like the precision a fan gives you. Especially working in confined spaces like underneath this one.

Great Video Tony! Great music choice too.

I did our first service with the info from tony tonight ( thank you Tony) on a HVAC system. Very easy and a VERY nice profit to the KEC work.
