This is Jesse Garcia from Spring, Texas. I hope someone can help me out with my question. I've searched high and low here in Houston for 12.5% SH. I can't find it. I have called almost every pool warehouse and other chem places as well, and all I can find if 10%. If anyone knows where I may be able to purchase this, it would be a great help. I hope I'm not stepping on any toes, and I apologize if I am.

Hello Jesse, welcome to the bbs.

There are a few places there in Houston that I know of, what side of Houston are you on?

Two of the companies that I opened accounts with will want to see your DBA or business insurance, bank statement, etc.... for the new Homeland Security Act type of B.S. that is required by a lot of chemical companies.

Pool supply houses here are not like the ones in Florida, there you don't have to drive 15 miles and you can get the strong bleach, here it is not as common.

Are you looking for the 10%? 12.5%?
 
just give me a call tomorrow and I can hook you up with several suppliers of 12% Sodium Hypochlorite. Two are in Houston and one is in Deer Park. I also have a supplier in my neck of the woods (Beaumont).
 
I don't have the numbers handy for Univar, Brenntag or Harcross but they should be able to help you out.
