Chemical Injector not working

To tell you the truth I really dont know. It was on the rig when I bought it. It worked fine then one day it didnt. It is installed at the hose reel. I have a Honda 13hp 3500psi 3.5 gpm. If that helps. Also I would use it with a ball valve to down stream

Do yourself a favor and order three injectors plus quick connects.

order you a few of them but for the time being you can take it apart and clean the spring and the ball, the ball may be steel or ceramic, more than likely its steel, use some wd-40 or parts cleaner or equivalent and then put it back together, the whole process takes less than 2 minuites:thank_you2:

with that machine I would probably order an injector thats adjustable and has a 1.8 mm orfice
 
I'm surprised no one said, Change out the O-ring. This may be why your having trouble with your Sticky Balls. :secret:

Mine used to vibrate until the batteries died. That reminds me...:idea:
 
replace the O ring with viton O ring if you can find one. Also I've had a LOT better luck with my injectors after cutting off about 1/4 or 1/3 of the spring with a diagonal wire cutter.
 
Thansk guys. We have bad weather today and tomorrow so I will be working it to get it back working. Thats what I love about this board. Have a question and you will have the solution with in minutes. I dont care what everone says about you guys. I like you anyways. LOL
