    pulley size/pump

I have ts 2021 pump with a 93/4 inch pulley on it . I was going to install it on a unit i just picked up and the belts are to short i looked at another set up like mine and it has an 8 3/4 pulley .This unit has a volt master AB-2500 generator and a wayne EH-H -115 BURNER ASSEMBLY .will my bigger pulley affect anything on gen. or burner. All of my other equipment run 12 volt systems no generators.ALSO I have a older alkota 5305 mb that i would like to put a larger maybe 8 gallon pump on does anyone know if my coil is large enough to keep me good and hot. Also what pumps are holding up in the 8 gallon ranger .Thanks for your input. What size is your engine pulley? Did the old pump have a 8 3/4?

No, as long as the pulleys on the engine and the generator are the same size, the generator will spin at the proper speed. Changing the pumpulley won't affect the generator at all.

Is it 12 volt or 120? If it's 120, the fuel nozzle can be changed for a larger size. The blower fan may have to be changed, too, depending on the size you now have.

Also what pumps are holding up in the 8 gallon ranger .The AR XW and XWA series are good dependable higher volume pumps. The General TSF2021 is a good one, too. Thanks for your input. STEVE

RUSS,.i believe the engine pulley is about 4 in.It did not have a pump on it when i got it.The alkota is the old 12 v I believe i am running 3.25 or 3.5 fuel nozzle now. Also i think the fan cage is about as big as will fit in the old wayne burner.I will look into prices on pumps .ALL i have ever run is the ts2021 ...thanks
