I normally wand them but I like using a rotary tip to Clean Curbs. It's faster and makes less of a mess around mulched areas etc...

Some of my accounts have curbs that are too bad to wand without chems (some drive thrus). I usually hit them with caustic when hitting the drive thru. If you don't use caustic, Home Depot has "Industrial Purple" in the 5 gallon concentrate that works great to get the curbs clean. I used about 3 to 1 in a pump sprayer on the curbs, and let it dwell several minutes.

I had one guy doing the ward and the other was using the rotary. The rotary was twice as fast. The next day I went out and got another rotary and some eye protection
:) Plus it sounds real cool

how do you rpice 6000 ft of curbs

WOW!!!

Kory it's unfortunate that some guys have no class.

Pretty scandalous, your newbie "competition" asking you to bid the job for him, acting like a customer.

I've received my share of calls & emails. Soon after speaking or meeting with them face to face, I can tell (body language, direction of the questions) that they are seeking a bid price, not actually a potential customer.

I had one guy here about 6 months ago, told me he was a PM. Went and bid 3 centers. Called him to discuss my survey. The person answering the phone answered "*#@% Landscaping Services". I left a message for the so called PM, and when he called me back I laid into him. He hung up after about 10 seconds.

It won't be the first or last time a PM has come here to find a price and contractor.

I would wait till we know for sure, Kory are ya Sure?
