I have a bid in on a large Tennis Court, we have done a few in the past just using a housewash mix. Is there anything better that I should apply or is what I am using good. I know John has done one recently but I dont remember what he used to clean it?

10-4 Russ do u use full pressure thru your surface cleaner or turn it down some?

All of Russ answers are exactly what we did to the tee. I don't like doing Tennis courts because you can and we have screwed up a couple over the years but the "Russ" method has worked for us. Stay light on the pressure and heavy on the soap and dont let it dry and then rinse rinse rinse.

10-4 John thanks, we have done them before but it's been about 10yrs since we did one and I know we had to tread lightly so not to hurt the surface.
 
I've used Power Stroke, 40 degree tips with nothing but success. As stated already, rinse, then rinse again.

Note when you bid the project is any areas or the coating have begun to fail. Guaranteed these area will become more obvious once your scope of work has been completed.
