Mold on painted deck

Customer is moving and putting home up for sale. Has a painted deck with mold.

Can I remove the mold without damaging paint on deck? I will do a test spot first. I'm thinking of using a diluted percarbonate base cleaner with 40 degree tip - let chemicals & water volume do the job not pressure. Am I on the right track or should I run for the hills?

YOU SHOULD CALL RUSSELL AT EXTREAM SOLUTIONS.
HE HAS A CLEANER FOR YOU. EFC38
OR CALL BETH AT SEE DIRT RUN.
YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK.

If the paints not peeling, I would just spray with a bleach solution and clean like you said

Thanks

I let you guys know how it comes out.

Oxyginated bleach; not chlorine based.
Your diluted percarbonate would work just fine.

Hey, ron p. How do you think something like Oxy-Clean would work in a light application like that? It's a mixture of Sod percarb. and Sod carb. I guess the sod carb is for the aggregate?
