Jon, I have infrequently lost some accounts and in each case have called the client (builder) to ask "What happened". Have heard some wierd stuff, but think it all gets down to cost, which I will NOT reduce. Worse, I had one very good account for two years that wouldn't return my calls to see what had gone wrong. I know I had done quality work for this guy, because I got several referrels. Just think he didn't have the balls to face telling me he had found a better deal.
