hi all, my name is shane. i do most of hard surface ( stone, concrete, terrazzo and wood floor) restoration, resurfacing, dye and polishing. last year i got lucky to get huge good contract ( 6 college apts term cleaning ( painting, general cleaning and carpets)) and even i got pressure washing, which is i never had experence to do pressure washing. so im here to get much information from you all and so far im very happy to read all posts.

Man your the best!! So let me get this straight....
I get to drive 2.5 hrs, clean a restaurant for $79, and I get pay for my own lunch??? Why wasn't I doing this all along?? I could be rich!!:happydance:
