Never had to replace wood on deck before, Would time and material be out of line for charge on something like this or should i go with a higher price for finish on deck....I dont charge any more for decks that need a little bit of sanding to smooth out boards that are rough...

Thanks

YES charge time and materials.
Also if you have a spot, buy a couple of extra boards and let them age. They blend better and you wont have to wait for them to dry before you seal.
[bet you did'nt think of dry time, did you]
go to a real lumber yard and see if they have kiln dried to less then 12% if you want to do this job right away.
What to charge is up to you, but remember your time and skill is worth as much as what you get per hour to wash and seal.
