Tony Szabo's National Wash Authority SoftWash Systems Truck "spotted"

Looks like a SoftWash Systems truck made it to the PWNA convention after all. Thanks Tony for showing off one of our SoftWash Systems cradle skid roof & exterior cleaning systems in Nashville! Lary Hinkley, Tony and I assembled that system our selves back in April 2011. Looks like Tony is doing nicely with it.

I'm sorry to say this is not a SoftWash System truck anymore. The orgional Softwash truck that AC built did not work so well.
1. Pump issues first day on job.
2. Wiring issues thru out system
3. Plumbing issues
4. re-charging wiring issues
5. equipment specification issues not working
We spent Five months dealing with all thses issues and the "Softwash System" / equipment was operated at a total loss
of producing income. I have not made one dime running the system, and about ready to pull my hair out.
AC put the machine together, but AC was hired by Powerwash.com / Mike Hinderliter to build the unit.

I'm so thankful that Powerwash.com and the Hinderliter's stood behind what they sold us, eventhough they were NOT the master mind behind the Softwash System. It took a few thousand dollars for Mike Hinderliter to correct the system the correct way, and myself $1,200 to make around trip to get it fixed. Both myself and Mike ate the cost to get the unit to
produce money.
I would appericate if AC would correct all his post he started, as to cut and pasted them to other bullentin boards. The truck and system of around $20,000 is Wrong also.

Please understand AC you can not make post / statement's about other people before you have their blessing and all the
true FACTS.
But I can grant AC of a wonderful job on class room education of five days. As of his Softwash Equipment we lost an estimate of production $5,000 trying to operate the unit in the first five months.

Tony,

You never expressed this to me. Yes you said you had pump issues and Mike warrantied them. You also had issues with a strainer that was eaten through. I sent you pictures of mine and you forwarded them to Mike. The wiring issue was from making a pig tale to charge the battery on the skid from your rear trailer wiring. This was not a standard mod and I expressed that I direct wired the systems to the starting battery typically or used a Stealth Charger.

In fact the last time we spoke you said your crew leader had the system figured out and all was working fine. Last week we spoke about the PWNA convention and the above post was not your sentiment. Please call me so we can discuss this.

Thanks,

AC

AC You have no worries. The Softwash System had on going issues everytime it was used. There are just to may issues to discuss. I wrote the check to Powerwash.com and they stepped up to the plate and made the system work the correct way. You made a post with statements about myself that were totally wrong. You are misleading the membership to read something that is not true about myself. I hope the admin of this site is reading this as well.

Its all good now thanks to Mike Hinderliter, and I know now 2012 will be better for us to make monies with this unit "MAKEOVER" they did.

I have no time for bullentin board drama and or pointing fingers. I fixed the problem and moved on.

I believe that you were supposed to run a quart of snake oil thru the pump system initially. This would have worked out all of the kinks.

We all make mistakes. I still hold nothing against AC, he is human. It just cost Mike Hinderliter and myself $1000's of dollars to correct the issues of the Softwash Equipment. Mike Hinderliter got burnt and it then inturn effected us.

I tried to call you Tony. I would be more than happy to honor whatever costs were associated with any faulty equipment and or workmanship that you feel is my responsibility. My cell number is 407-832-1108. Id love to get you taken care of.

AC
are you trying to make yourself look good? If your looking to make it right we need to have a conference call with Mike H. and you need to be ready to write a check. I lost as you seen estimate of $5,000 in down time and having a second service truck come finish up jobs.
We will keep the bulletin board readers abreast if you do step up or not.

I always thought AC was a stand-up guy. I have met him and talked to him a few times. Never have I ever got the impression that he would not stand behind his product, design or whatever you would call it. Same for Mike and his dad. Tony, you seem to be a stand-up guy too. Obviously there is something underlying here and publicly criticizing AC here and on FB without speaking to him directly beforehand is a dead giveaway. I guess I missed that part...........

George, the reason you get that impression and don't ever see anything negative about AC and/or his products is that it always gets deleted (or moved where on only the mods can see it) so no one can see these negative things about AC and his products and ethics. Take the Marriott hotel job threads for example....gone. Just watch, I am sure this one will be gone also before long.....

Okay, Thanks, Jeremy

Now I smell a rat. How do you know I did not speak to AC before hand?????? Let me guess AC called you to make a post to give him creditability?

What a joke, new drama.
I'm calling him now.

Regardless of what happened between AC and me, my focus will be on the customer. Tony bought the unit from me so I will make every effort to make it right.

I would recommend that AC extended a professional courtesy to Tony and Larry Hinckley to confirm it would be OK to make these post before dropping their names in the future. And finally to calling me to ask if it is OK as I am the one supporting this unit.

I have no intention of making a big deal over it or creating a lot of BBS drama.

I hope everyone has a great day and their companies prosper.

Mike, it appears you have been a class act and got stuck a couple of times between the snake oil and now this. You have handled it better than most vendors would have and I admire that.

Anthony,

Where have I given him credibility that I haven't also given you?

You're the one bringing the drama.

I can read and comprehend the posts in this thread from an outside perspective, I have no agenda here, but you certainly do. The whole story is not being told and anyone can see that. Sorry if your whole story isn't getting through, Anthony. Here and now from my perspective, AC appears to be the victim of this thread, so whatever you are trying to do, you may want to switch tactics because this isn't working for you. That's just my opinion, but maybe everyone else already knew but me.

Yall,

Tony and I spoke by phone a little while ago and much of this is a misunderstanding. George, Tony has NO ill will towards me and there is NO agenda. Trust me Tony is way above the frey here. I may not like the licks I am taking here but Tony and I are working it out. I was unaware of the amount of issues he was having and he delt straight with the company he bought the equipment from, Delux. Mike has done great job being a great vendor and has taken care of his customer. Tony and I have spoke about the issues and I will be helping where I can to make this a profitable piece of equipment for him.

No Drama Guys!

Thanks,

AC
