Burnt rubber on concrete

Got a call from a HO about some rubber left on the concrete from some contractors and they want all the concrete cleaned....no biggie. I get there today to give an estimate and I see that it just isn't rubber traffic, but someone who burned out from the driveway being steep as a cliff! I'm sure just some hot water will get this up, but any suggestions before I bid this about ALOT of rubber being left on the concrete and getting it up?

Heat and pressure is all I am aware of that will work but be careful not to daage the concrete by getting too aggressive.

Butyl based degreaser.

300 degrees, what remains if any, chemical solvent action and mechanical energy, then another dose of 300 degrees

d-Limonene .. or .. Butyl ..aka.. "Ethyl-Butyl glycol Ether"
..with Sodium Hydroxide ..aka.. "Caustic soda"..
I wonder which combination will work faster .. .. anybody tried these side-by-side??
