hi there
Selling my biz and one pressure washer goes with the package, so I paid $1600 for it couple years ago 5.5GPM , little use so far. I was "shopping" on craigslist for an used PW to leave to the new owner, and I don't want to buy them a headache, so I needed something in running condition and good specs.
Found this Hotsy (see pics), 4.8gpm 3500PSI mounted on a welding cart, with a steel eagle reel and 300ft of hose, the swivel on the reel has a grease fitting.Paid $700 for it.
Hotsy starts on the first pull, engine idles fine, and it has good pressure.
The PROs : Heavy machine but rolls smoothly on the cart, the reel is a big plus and the amount of hose too
The CONs : Is running fine, but don't know how old it is or how many hours it has, I know what's the deal with mine.
NOTE : Check this Link for the NEWER machine (One I own since "new", it was a demo machine)

What do you guys recommend? Keep my machine with a GP pump and "steal" the reel and hose? maybe mount mine on the welding cart? Or keep the Hotsy as it is ?
I also thought about buying a $400 used one 4GPM direct drive, keep the Hotsy and sell the newer one for almost what I paid for it
Shed some light for me here, I'm moving overseas and taking the machine with me, and rebuild kits and parts are not easy to find neither cheap.
