will this work?

Yes, it will work. It won't be interchangeable with QC spray tips though.

Thanks, Thats fine if it wont interchange. I didnt know if hooking it up backwords would be a bad thing! Say Russ, do you sell or can you make a wand with a 45 degree angle? I need one about 2.5' long. I know I could buy a wand bender but I only need one.

I've got a doodad that you can put on the end of your wand and get any angle you want.

It says it pressure locks while on the trigger. I am on and off the trigger alot while using this. This nozzle also has some weight to it maybe a pound, would it swivel on its own while off the trigger?

In most casses the above short straight wand is perfect. But at times a 45 would be better. That's why I was trying to put a quick connect on this and switch to a 45 wand when needed. If it is connected backwards like this I know I would need the two wands and two trigger guns. That would be fine too. Let me know what you think would be better and we will do it.

Thanks, post on here if you would like and I will call tomorrow with a few other things needed as well.

Thanks Russ

You could do them backwards like that if you have a reason. However if it will slow you down or hinder your process you could just get the inverted versions of those parts. They would be "normal" that way.

Thanks, you made me go back out to the truck and look again. I guess I couldn't see it without the correct parts in front of me. I'm usually good about having extras. I just ordered a bunch of everything.

If you buy the nozzle holder and it doesn't do what you want, mail it back within 10 days for a refund.

LOL...... Sometimes I just need to slow down. For the life off me I was thinking this had to go on backwords... My days seem to go a little better when I put my shoes on the right foot.
I sent you an email a few hours ago with an order for a few each of every possible quick connect and plug available. So I dont blow a fuse again while thinking so hard about simple crap.

It is good to have a selection of male/female plugs and couplers of both sizes so you can fix just about anything at anytime.

I keep 2-3 of everything on the truck tool box just in case.

You could do this: Unthread the pipe from the gun and install a female pipe thread coupler onto that pipe, install a Male pipe thread plug into the gun.

Now with some of your wands, put a coupler on the end that will connect to the gun and you can swap out different length wands depending on the job or use the blast attachment. You could even take that pipe off the attachment and put a longer pipe so you are further away from the work if you wanted to, it is just a schedule 80 pipe more than likely.

I have some of my dual-lance wands setup this way so I can attach different length wands, depending on what I am cleaning.

I just baught one of those for those hard to reach spot in the hoods I'm cleaning... Yeah! It's a bit heavy but I don't think it's going to move if there's no pressure on it, it's not loose at all! Even with no pressure on it it stays where you put it! I don't know if it will be the same in the field but when I'll try it, I'll post about it!
