Cleaning a painted Deck

I have a painted deck to clean. The paint is in good shape. I'm still new. Vinyl house and concrete up to now as well as my own log house which thank goodness it's mine. Best place to learn.

But on the painted wood deck. What is the best way to go about cleaning it? Is house wash (SH, Simple Cherry, A splash of gutter grenade) and a not to high pressure rinse (25º backed off) a good method? Not a huge deck and just looking to remove the dirt and some green. Not a big wood restoration project. It is actually only part of a larger job of mostly brick and painted concrete.

I did search the forum, I did google and I am still here to ask the experts. Want to make sure I have a concrete plan before I apply the chems or squeeze the trigger.
Although I do not have time to order any product I am up for ideas of what to keep in stock for future painted decks.

Thank you guys for all you past and future help.

Is it paint or stain? If it is paint and the paint and deck are in good shape, relax and just think of is as a house wash. Apply SH and whatever surfactant that you usually use, (simple cherry). As always let your mix do the work and rinse. Keep in mind that the deck has foot traffic and a lot more wear than an actual house so be gentle with it and find the right amount of pressure to use. You'll be just fine and the next one will be a breeze once you're comfortable.
