New Product Introduction- Golf Cart Battery Stain Remover, Rust & Fertilizer Cleaner

- Previously posted in another forum-

Hello,

My name is Craig Harrison and many of you know me from Eco-Friendly Power Washing, Inc. I have been in the concrete cleaning field and performing "specialized cleaning" restorations for over a decade. Our formulations were brought into reality by a team of chemists and scientists to address some extremely difficult concrete staining problems.

We are pleased to announce our entrance into the manufacturing and distribution business. Front 9 Restoration, Inc. has several products that will be released in the upcoming months. Our first product, called F9 BARC (Battery Acid Restoration Cleaner) is a concrete cleaning "First" in its ability to effectively clean golf cart battery stains from concrete. It also removes rust, fertilizer staining and just about any type of "orange" stain in concrete. Battery and fertilizer stains are completely different in nature. But because of the similarities and misconceptions about these stains, F9 BARC was formulated to remove BOTH fertilizer/rust stains and the ever-difficult orange colored golf cart battery acid burn. F9 BARC does not contain hydrochloric acid or any acids that will eat or damage your customer's cement.

Upon your first case purchase of F9 BARC, you will have the edge against your competitors in this niche market by having your website link posted under "Find an Applicator" on our website. Make sure to call us! We are looking for "Professional Applicators" across the US, UK, Canada and Europe. We would like you to send in some pictures you have done with that first case so we know you are applying the product correctly. We are looking for long term relationships with qualified professionals are NOT looking to flood the market! Once we have what we feel is necessary for your particular location we will not accept any more applicators, although you may still purchase products.

We will be offering technical support and have a little different method for professional applicators than what you see on our "How-To" Video so you can achieve even better results than homeowners could get by themselves.

If you live in a golf course or golf cart dominated demographic, then this is the cleaner you need!

Another note: I will be writing articles on eHow and doing video series for them. This is an excellent opportunity for all of us to gain exposure. We are also having several press releases in golf course communities which expect to reach around 35,000 purchasers for country clubs and golf courses. There are some jobs home-owners can do themselves, and there are jobs that require the use of a professional. It will be good to set customer expectations where they need to be and what to look out for when hiring a contractor. Every day I see damage on concrete from "contractors" who think they know how to pressure wash (you know what I'm talking about). We as and industry, price our services the way we do for a reason. Cheapest in rarely ever the "least expensive" option down the road.

Remember- you might think the cost of this product is expensive, but it goes 3-10 TIMES farther than anything even close to it (400-800' per gallon)- and the other products won't touch golf cart battery stains. Also, FREE SHIPPING is included in the price. Shipping alone can cost $15-$25 per gallon. We have chosen to pay for this cost and make things easier across the board for everyone when purchasing.

Great you are over here also Craig.

Craig, you have some great before and after pictures!!

Thanks David. The pictures you see are the results of many, many failures! We don't believe in making mistakes, only education.. We try to fail until we get it right. Then we keep doing it until we can't get it wrong... so True!

Does it work on Red Clay stain concrete and stone?

Does it work on Red Clay stain concrete and stone?

We've used it on concrete, bricks, pavers, concrete coatings, stucco, stone, colored concrete, stamped concrete, pool decks and more.

I've never tried it on red clay because we don't have that here. My theory is that it wouldn't work because F9 BARC is made to reverse a chemical staining and take out rust. Red clay is a different type of stain.

So my answer is NO on that, but if you decide to get some and try it make sure to let me know!

Thanks,
Craig

Attn: Professional Applicators and Professional Rust Removers of F9 BARC!

After much feedback we spent this week testing different dilutions ratios for F9 BARC, the Best Concrete Rust Remover. Here are the new recommended dilution ratios:

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

1. Heavy duty orange battery acid staining: 1:1, Mix 1 part F9 BARC to 1 part water (makes 2 gallons).

2. Most orange battery acid stain cleaning: Start out with a 1:2 ratio. Mix 1 part F9 BARC to 2 parts water (makes 3 gallons).

3. General rust stains and concrete brightening: 1:3, Mix 1 part F9 BARC to 3 Parts water (makes 4 gallons).

4. General concrete brightening, rust on siding and painted surfaces: 1:4, MIX 1 part F9 to 4 parts water (makes 5 gallons).

After mixing, follow instructions according to label. Always add cleaner to water and NOT water to the cleaner.

Make stronger if needed.

Thanks,
Craig
