i have just read lennys post and was wondering wheather he could of put a menu bid in for that job...does anybody use this type of bid or has tried it.

best....wash-strip, brighten, stain and repair any decking that needs doing....price.
it would be up to you sell the job....i think most people would go for the middle one so put that one nearer your usual price.
the last one is what you would like to get for a top job.
the first one is the one that the lady in lennys post is going to get...a blow and go.
