Rubber Mark Removal products?

I have a job coming up that is a new construction cleaning of a underground parking garage. The space is 55000 ft of untreated concrete, approximately two years since it was poured. The builder used this level of underground garage as the storage area and there is a ton of rubber marks from the skid steers all over the place, it is so bad that some areas look like they have been painted black! It is truly incredible. Sadly I have no pictures right now, but will take many during the cleaning.

Can anyone suggest a chemical that may make this job go easier, or any other ideas for that matter. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Rubber melts. I would try hot water and a surface cleaner with about 3000 psi. i removed some burnout tire marks on a driveway that way. It all came up for me.

Butyl will dissolve rubber. A good butyl based degreaser will definitely help bust the rubber loose.

Russ at Southside Equipment has some great degreasers, give him a call and he will tell you all about them.
