Pushed can be washed. Two stepping works on polished, but not where it is hot, because the moment the chemicals dry, you are screwed because it will flash burn them. The biggest thing you can do is to learn to wash and rinse trucks in pieces, instead of trying to do it all at once. Also, I prefer Metasilicate based chemicals over stronger stuff, because they are not as likely to flash the polished. I do live in a very different climate then you, though, where t s not even a second thought to be washing in 110 with 5% humidity. Wanna see some soap dry? It only takes about ten seconds in those temps.
