How would you clean this???

How would you condo and high rise guys approach a project like this? A 100 foot boom lift would clean the front but the back of the 9 story hotel has a 2 story flat roof that you couldn't get a lift on. Not to mention the whole back perimeter drops into the pond. Looks like a fun project to tackle. Could you repel and soft wash from a boatswain's chair?

You can do that with the chair like how the window cleaners clean the windows.

You could get a crane to boom out over the top and use a man-cage so you can be inside it spraying the building, you would need a couple guys on the roof giving instructions to the crane operator.

We do high rise window cleaning as well as pressure washing, If it were me I wouldnt think twice about rappelling down to do the wash front and back. You have to figure that a 125 lift runs about 750 a day so the savings is there. For areas that need some pressure,just turn your unloader down otherwise youll go spinning
