Hi everyone! I am a fire and water damage contractor in central NC and I am just looking around. We have done some exterior cleaning off and on over the years and I have a huge interest in making it more of a primary focus and a stand alone business outside of the restoration work. I have a 26 gallon low pressure sprayer system that I use to treat for mold in crawlspaces that I use for the exterior cleaning I have done and it seems to work fine, but I am looking around for something better, especially if we get serious about it.
 
Welcome Mark! This is a good place for research. Don't throw the baby out with the bath water. Before you invest in any equipment, ask around, post pics and vids, and trust me... you save both time and money... priceless!
