I can do that. Won't be this issue simply because I'm too far behind to give it the attention it will require.
I want you to understand that if you tell Regulators we Create Waste they will answer the questions different.
Example:
1.While a Pressure washer washes the contaminates off a building allowing them to perk into the soil reaching the water drinking aquifer will this be ok?
2. If a pressure washer runs water through a Plunger pump that uses petroleum in the pump possibly contaminating the property he or she is cleaning will this be ok.
3. When a pressure washer creates waste can he safely wash without reclaim and leave these contaminates they created on property?
4. When washing a D6 Cat with tons of Grease is this ok to wash on a public property and leave the oil and arsenic and other poisons there?
The Above is Exaggerated
Over the Years in Roberts POWER POINTS to regulators are over the top questions like this.
He has one that sounds like he is fighting for US, I can't quote exact but its like this. "Its ok for Pollution's while washing a structure to perk into the Soil" Its not exact but that similar phrase is in a POWER point. Engineers say NO!!!!!! Thats there first reaction!
Craig Miller and I in NC went ROUND AND ROUND because he wanted House Washing reclaimed based on that Statement.
Reclaim on DECKs now in MN that have gotten Passed. Mediatory Reclaim that no one can enforce, so the revenues have not gone up for guys who want to comply. The costs just increased because Billy BOB is still washing with no enforcement.
Truthfully Allison if you really want the truth about this have him answer question from both sides.
I Have a Question for a Local regulator
1. Does a local Authority have Jurisdiction on private property?
I also know if you actually do this you will not be finished next month either. This will take longer to put together and needs to be looked at from both Angles.
