New employee

Tell me about it! Looking for a couple right now and I know it's going to be tough. All the good ones are gone so I'm left with the left overs. They all think they should be paid like Northern Alta....... But they don't think they should work for it.

Yeah that's what everyone calls it here, customers included. I always correct them but, it is getting tiresome.
