changing hosts

So I've got 2 websites...
1 with cullen... http://batonrouge.pressurewashing.net
and then a godaddy website builder i threw together.... www.tigerpressurewash.com
both rank page 1 but of course, the more times you're there, the better
I'd like for someone to make the tigerpressurewash.com look good, but it seems like I read somewhere last year that changing hosts can negatively affect SEO....
true?
If so, can anyone make nice websites with godaddy?
I believe I can turn off the website builder if you wanna use straight HTML
I'm not looking to get it done now, but definitely sometime before the summer
prices would be awesome as well.
I just need design, no SEO

Changing web hosts alone shouldn't have any effect at all on your site's SEO. The only think that MIGHT temporarily affect your ranking is if you change CMS, like from Go Daddy Website Builder to WordPress or Joomla or whatever. As long as the domain is the same, you should be fine.
