Barrel Tile cleaning

I have been asked for a quote to clean this building including the side walks. Don't know when it was cleaned last if ever. I'm guessing if the tiles are cleaned that will prevent further staining of the building and side walks. Strong house wash mix do the job ? I've never cleaned barrel tiles but I know they are common in other areas of the country but not around here. Thanks for any and all input.

Cleaning the tiles may help the concrete but not a whole lot. Depending on how dirty the tiles are, use a strong roof mix. Like 30-50%.. those look pretty clean so I'd start at 30% and then bump up if you have to.

Well... he's already 'bumped' it once and if he waits a few years Ron will bump it again. LOL (I couldn't resist)

So it's common to have discoloration on concrete from water run off of these types of roofs?
