Right now I am hand writing all of my 2-part carbon less invoices and have to scan them to attach them to emails.
I have some customers that want the invoice emailed to them so I have to write them out, scan them and then email them to the customer.
I am sure there is a way to scan my invoice so that it can be a template so I can just fill in the info and then attach it to the email but not sure how to do this.
I would like to have it on both computers so that when I need to send an invoice, no matter which computer I am on, I can just fill out the invoice, save it as that customer's name and date then attach it to the email and send it.
I have a new customer with 30-40 trucks that will have to be invoiced separately so that is a lot of writing if I cannot type them out.
Just trying to speed things up and be able to send invoices out faster as I can type a lot faster than I can write.
Any ideas on how to do this with the invoice?
