Work Boots

Much Chore is terrible boot for KEC cleaning, the rubber bottom has zero oil-slip resistance causing me to bite the tile hard the first day, Im sticking to my Timberland Pro's.

I started wearing the bullfrogs also, last year or the year before because Scott Stone recommended them as I have wide feet (11eeee) and they fit great!

Only problem is that they only last about 3 or 4 months but they are very comfortable.

I wish you posted this 10 minutes earlier. I just ordered a pair. They have boots at walmart that last 3-4 months for $20. Thought these would last at least 6 months.

Down here, these nuts wear flip flops. I went through three pairs of sneakers when I first started. Went to boots. Sneakers fall apart because of the SH, and it ruins your socks and stinks at the end of the day.

That was actually a joke Ralph

There is a faction in this industry that do wear sneakers though-inside joke

Me and Ted Watson used to have a good laugh about it-real men wear work boots.lol

You might have better luck than I did with the Bullfrogs, I have heard of some guys getting 6 months out of them, I have a little more mass than most thus the shorter life span for them.

I started wearing aqua shoes late last summer but didn't care for those. I would like to find a good set of waterproof sneakers. I can't wear muck boots in the summer.

Last year I picked up a pair of Merrell hiking boots that are waterproof just above the ankle, depending what job I'm doing I can wear them and stay dry. They're more comfortable than many sneakers I've owned.

The bullfrogs are great. And if you ever walk a roof with them they grip like glue.

Good to know!

I will look for those. Thank you

Got them. They are OK. I won't be buying them again though. The material on the bottom of the boot might be good for sticking on roofs, but it also collects and holds a lot of dirt, which can get really frustrating when you walk across a freshly cleaned driveway or pool deck. It is driving me crazy and pissing me off , several times a day. They have also caused my plantar fasciitis to flare up again.

Ralph did you say planter fascistis flare up i have had several shots in the heel over the last several months can you put insoles in the bullfrogs.I wear muck boots but they dont seem to support it much.
