Galvanized sheeting precautions?

Been a busy week and have this building wash coming up this weekend.
I believe this is galvanized sheeting? that runs along the front of the upper part of the building.
Anyone familiar with this give me any do's or dont's.
I may be wrong but will sh cause oxidation or even rust on galvanized?
Sh is not a must in my area. So could live without.

That does appear to be galvanized. Regular house wash should work well. The SH will not rust it. Any raw spots would have already rusted by now anyway. A light acid wash will make it shine but I don't recommend it because I don't know the long term effects of the acid.

We washed this building yesterday.
Old bird droppings on the galvanized sheeting we could not get to budge. Pressure, sh, did nothing. Seems like it has stained the sheeting. Acid in the bird waste? Any thoughts?

Yep, bird poop contains uric acid and it'll eat threw paint.
