Why can't I load pics lately?

I have tried to load a photo or two here lately and can't get it to load. I can select the pic I want then click the upload button, the little circle does its thing and then nothing. It doesn't say the pic is too big or the wrong format or anything. The pic I tried to load tonight is jpg. file.

Ha! Yeah me too. I have loaded pics before on here and now I can't for some reason.
