Nope thats simple too.... apply a PGR( Plant Growth Regulator) to the turf grass. Ever notice how Disney's gardens look so well manicured ( its not cause they cut/trimmed overnight on the dark and picked up every millimeter of trimmings ) Anyway... back to spraying water!!
 
Apply 2 Goats with safety rope for each side of the House, Mix 2 gallons of water with it. leave the Goats on for 1 week, untie rope, then rinse! Repeat if needed.

Photo of a house in Iceland. I thought it was cool, and thought of all the soft wash guys.

Goats don't eat moss. But they LOVE blackberries. Go figure!
