Calling All Pw Contractors

Here's the deal, and keep you fingers crossed. I am getting ready to put a bid in with a real estate company for their flat work, strip malls and such. Here's the kicker, it is for about 415 centers (not including anchors) in 45 states. So, what I need is for any of you who do commercial flat work and would be interested in sub-contracting to let me know where you are located, state and town or city so if I get the contract I can start lining you guys up in different areas. I will also need to know what price per Sq.Ft you need to sub and if there are any conditions which you can't work,ie, certain times, temps, or anything else. You will have obviously have to be insured. If you don't want to answer any of this here, I understand, you can e-mail me at extreme@apk.net
I will be doing all general communications here. I will not do any private communications here, we can do that in e-mail or on the phone if everything works out. Good luck to all of us, this could be a good one.

I'll bet he has the best know how about subs and where to find them, for flatwork.

Ron P. I e-mailed Ron Musgraves before I posted this thread. Ron, I take it you are interested so I have added you to the list. So far I have you and Mike Hughes for that area. There are a lot of centers on the East Coast. If not too much trouble could you send me an email with your info. so I can save everyone's info. the same way.

For everyone interested, I only have 11 areas that you guys notified me that you were interested about and that I can book, not saying it is in stone yet, but I would like to walk in Monday with the ability to say I can definitly cover all areas, I don't want to say that I will have to get back to him on other areas. If I don't get all areas covered and I/we ( I feel this is a we thing now) get the contract, I will be doing a lot of driving and I will give my fiance all of your phone numbers so she can call and complain to you about me not being home, lol. I really won't do that. Lets go, I need at least 34 more areas covered.
Where are you Ron Musgraves????
 
Mike, you would need to pick up the Phone and call me. First off i dont do business on the east coast.

If the work is related to anything in the southwest i probably could not do much.

I hire contractors just like your trying to do. If you have anything in phoenix I'm always willing to look.

If you need any advice i'm availiable.

I would not worry about getting the job done, you will find contractors. the problem will be controling the quality.

I already know how to get a hold of Beth, I would just like to keep everyones info saved the same way. Lenny, I got you on the list don't worry, I am sure there will be enough work for everyone if it all works out.
Ron, thanks for letting me know you read the mail, I got scared for a second. I will call you during the day on Saturday (which is today) I just got home and it is aroung 4am. Talk about burning the candle at both ends. Thanks Ron, Talk to you in a few hours.

If you're stuck for a contractor in a certain area, try looking on the PWNA web site............click on "Membership" then there is a link at the top titled "find a cleaner".

1 trailer 525 gallon tank, hot water machine (might be yours....lol)
1 trailer 325 gallon tank hot water machine
I also have a van with the equipment enclosed (great for those snowy days in c-town)
and a whole mess of portables.

Mike, I am interested. Louisville, KY surrounding counties, including southern IN. Need to know a lot more before negotiating a price. Please let me know if this is one of the areas you need coverage in. Thanks, Bill
