Ed, If there was a perfect program out there, don't you think we would all be using it?
Each has its positives and its negatives.
Have you looked into ServiceCEO.
CRM is a term for Customer Relationship Manager and there is a bunch of them.
SAAS is Software as a Service which is where all software seems to be going. They host your data in the "cloud" and you dont need to worry about upgrading your computer/devices or the software or backups. Worrying if they will disappear with your data is not something only you think about, that is a huge worry for all that are looking at programs Choose a reputable company.
Some responders repeat themselves over and over and I must not be upset when I get the same comments over and over.
And some people ask the same questions over and over, and then get annoyed if they don't get the answer they are looking for. You asked about software a few months ago, that's when I got you in contact with TaskMaster, which from what you have posted is the nearest thing to what you want that you will find currently.
Bottom line on this matter is that there is NOT a software program that will meet your (or anyone else's) needs 100% You will need to do several things to make the best decision
a) determine your budget
b) determine your priorities (recurring scheduling, invoicing, customer contact, accounting etc..)
c) determine if you want SaaS or do you want to "own" the program
d) determine if you want your data in house server or a cloud server
e) determine if you want mobile access to your data (iPhone, android, iPad, laptop, tablet etc.)
f) determine if you are willing to do the data transfer your self or pay some one else to do it (see a)
g) determine if you computer infrastructure is compatible with the prospective software
h) determine if you want professional training or if you want o wing it and learn on the fly
Of course if you are brave and have lots of spare money you can hire a programer to sit in your office for a month and learn how you operate your business and write you a custom program which might give you about 85% of what you expect.

Remember its not whether you win or lose, ITS HOW YOU LOOK THAT MATTERS.
So which program is it?I will be happy to share it with all of you guys.
Trust me it doesn't...check out my mug
So which program is it?
OK Here it is. The freaking program is great with tons of support. Its called "the customer factor". Steve is the designer, support guy and former window washer. It invoices, does reports, sets your customers up to be scheduled as you need them to be. Has a daily, weekly, monthly calendar to which you can drag and drop. Shows the upcoming schedule dates for several years if you want to go that far. Its decreasing my repetitive work. From QB, to Excel , to the calendar. Steve even exported the customers from QB to the customer factor for me. The cost is about $35.00 per month. If you figure that you have to update your accounting program about every 4 years it is a good price. Being that it is in the cloud the information is available on a phone or pad. The only thing it is lacking right now is payroll. Perhaps in the future if there are enough requests. Thanks to all you contributors to this post. Without all your suggestions I would have stopped looking. Finally someone saw the post and came up with "THE ONE".
My company does over $1 mil in sales per season and we use dry erase boards has worked perfect for years. Dont over think it genious.Golly thanks Vince. Nothing like a little sarcasm from someone who has apparently no clue. Think of this . We have between at least 2, to 3 maybe 4 jobs per day/night per truck. We work when the cooking is not being done. That means early morning or starting at 7:00 pm until whenever. If we work late at night we try not to schedule first thing in the morning. So a Staples calendar could be constructively used…………for toilet paper. If your comments can't be helpful, please keep them to yourself.
