The CMD group? previously reed construction data

anyone use this company the CMD group? I got a phone call from them trying to sell me access to their site for 100 a month. They let me remote access the site and there was a list of all current and upcoming construction project all over the country including over 250 in my county including contact info for the project managers, lead contractor ect. so the info would be used to sell final site cleanup and hopefully get a maintenance contract. cant seem to find any reviews from anyone that uses them.

There are other options out there that cost less and free.
