2000 International 4900 Wash Truck
Almost new, custom build steam/pressure washing truck, 1.2M BTU Aaladin steamer (capable of 200F hot water at 3000psi/10GPM or 300psi of 325F pure steam but only has wet steam at the moment). Steamer is 100% US made and manufactured, (not from Mexico or China like the others), 10GPM/3000PSI Udor pump , Isuzu diesel engine, 1300 gal water tank (with plenty of room and truck capacity to add more tanks). Includes a regulated, direct injected soap/detergent dispenser along with a separate presoap/presoak pump/hose/reel, both of which are tankless (just insert the pickup tube into the drum or pail of detergent and you're good to go, 3000w inverter, Wabasto ducted cube heater, 3 locking hose reels currently set up with 150ft of presoap hose, 200ft of 1/2" pressure washing/hot water hose (have several hundred additional feet of brand new 1/2 pressure hose and high pressure couplings), and 100ft of steam line, but it's very easy to modify the reel configuration. Has a 25gal antifreeze tank. Includes one pressure gun, one wet steam gun, and one presoap/soak gun. Custom made workbench with vise, magnetic strip, overtank bench, LED strip lighting. Also has a filtered slow fill on the rear of the unit with 200ft of hose on a reel and a float valve so the tank can slowly be refilled as you work, keeping you on site and making money longer. Box has full length metal racks as well as a minimum of 4" of spray foam insulation in the walls and ceiling (was a commercial reefer until before converting). 100 gal auxillary diesel tank to run the steamer, cube heater, and Isuzu. This unit has only 600 hours on it and is absolutely first class, ready to make money.
The truck is a tandem drive International 4900 with the 530 engine and 10 speed rebuilt tranny. 350K KMs and under 10000 hours, was used exclusively for highway hauling with no sitting around for hours idling. All 8 drive tires have 95%+ tread on them and the steering tires are at about 65%. Nothing broken or not working (AC may need a recharge, as I've never used it). Former Diamond Spec International Lease with 26,500KG GVW. It's a bit older but has been very well looked after and is very, very serviceable for several years...and when it's done you can simply lift the Collins box off the back and mount the steam until on something new, it's completely independent of the chassis (except the aux diesel tank).
